Life is full of change, isn't it. Finding our way through it all - and enjoying moments right now - is a challenge.  Butterflies/Mariposas have life changes that are easy for us to see. I believe that massage can help us move more gracefully to our own next chapters, such as living in better balance, re-integrating from loss or trauma, or making a big change.

Ademas de ser hermosas, las mariposas tienen cambios que son facil de observar. Yo creo que el masaje puede ayudarnos a movernos con mas gracia a nuestros proximos capitulos, como vivir en un mejor equilibrio, re-integrarnos de una perdida or un trauma, o cambiar algo importante.

I am especially interested in working with people who have experienced loss and/or trauma (which, let's be real, is most of us). Safe places to truly relax and let go are essential to become the person we want to be. 

Estoy especialmente interesada en trabajar con personas que han experimentado una perdida o un trauma (que, seamos realistas, somos la mayoria de nosotros).  Los lugares seguros para relajarse y dejarse llevar son esenciales para convertirnos en la persona que queremos ser.

My massage work is trauma-informed. That means my priority is to provide a massage experience where you feel safe and in control. If you are interested in a holistic approach to healing from traumatic experiences, I hope you will explore the Brain Body Therapy Group in Portage, where I am part of a multidisciplinary team.
